If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit, like the world wasn’t built with you in mind, you’re not alone. If you’re exhausted from masking, trying to keep up, or feeling like your needs are "too much," I see you. If your past still weighs on you, making it hard to trust yourself or feel safe in your own body, I get it.
I work with people who are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHDers), those who grew up without the emotional support they needed, and people navigating chronic illness. You might feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you’re constantly fighting to be understood. Maybe you’re struggling with boundaries, self-doubt, or just feeling enough in a world that expects you to be someone you’re not.
Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you – because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself, unlearning the shame that was never yours to carry, and creating a life that works for you. We’ll explore your experiences in a way that feels safe, at your pace. Together, we’ll find ways for you to navigate the world while honoring who you are – not who you’ve been told you should be.
